苏州市对改制企业档案管理实施了一系列创造性举措,形成独具特色的"苏州模式"。论文通过梳理"苏州模式"的形成和发展历程,总结其创新内容主要在于勇于把握时代赋予的新契机、以"集中"为主线进一步充实"条块结合"、探索多元主体协作的档案管理模式和整合特色馆藏构建"苏州记忆",并以此为基础得出创新改制企业档案管理的相关启示。

Suzhou implemented a series of creative measures for the management of archived enterprise files to form a unique Suzhou Model.By combing the formation and development process of the Suzhou Model,this paper summarizes its innovation content mainly by bravely grasping the new opportunities given by the times,further enriching the block combination with concentration as the main line,and exploring the file management mode of multi-subject collaboration.Integrate the featured collections to build Suzhou Memory,and based on this,draw the relevant enlightenment of the innovative restructuring enterprise file management.
