抗β2糖蛋白I抗体与脑梗死关系的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 β2糖蛋白I(β2 glycoprotein I,β2 GPI)是一种能与带负电荷磷脂相结合的血浆蛋白,病理状态下免疫耐受被打破,产生针对β2 GPI的自身抗体,即抗β2糖蛋白I抗体(anti-β2 glycoprotein I,anti-β2 GPI).大量研究表明anti-β2 GPI与脑梗死发生、发展及预后关系密切.深入研究两者关系对于探究脑梗死发生机制及寻找新的治疗靶点具有重要意义.了解anti-β2 GPI相关脑梗死的发病机制,预后判断、治疗等方面的最新研究进展,可为anti-β2 GPI相关脑梗死的预防、治疗等提供新的思路. β2 glycoprotein I(β2 GPI)is a plasma protein that binds to negatively charged phospholip-ids. In a pathological state,immune tolerance is disrupted and autoantibodies against β2 GPI,the anti-β2 glyco-protein I antibody(anti-β2 GPI),are produced. A large amount of studies have shown that anti-β2 GPI is closely related to the occurrence,development and prognosis of cerebral infarction. In-depth study of the relationship be-tween the two is of great significance for exploring the mechanism of cerebral infarction and finding new thera-peutic targets. This article provides an overview of the latest developments in the pathogenesis,prognosis,and treatment of anti-β2 GPI-related cerebral infarction and provides new ideals for the prevention and treatment of anti-β2 GPI-related cerebral infarction.
