面14区沙四段6砂组压裂工艺优化探讨

摘要 八面河油田面14区沙四段6砂组为高孔、中渗透稠油油藏,压裂是储层措施增产的主要手段。由于区块储层敏感性较强、原油粘度高、岩心疏松,压裂措施效果差、有效期短。优选JC-NW2长效防膨剂,优化压裂液配方,在提高压裂液粘度的同时降低对储层的伤害,优化压裂施工参数,保证近井带高效充填,重复压裂取得较好效果。 Sand Group 6of Sha 4Member in Mian 14Area belongs to heavy oil reservoir with high porosity and middle permeability and fracturing is the main technology method for reservoir production increase.Fracturing measure achieves poor result and short effective period in Sand Group 6where reservoir sensitivity is strong,viscosity of crude is high and the core is loose.Long-acting JC-NW2antiswelling agent is selected and fracturing fluid formula is optimized to increase viscosity of fracturing fluid and reduce damage on reservoir.Fracturing parameters are optimized to ensure efficient filling near wellbore area.Refracturing has achieved a good result.
