防磨减扭工具在南海西部油田大位移井的应用

摘要 井下高摩阻和高扭矩是大位移井现场施工作业无法回避的主要技术挑战之一。过高的摩阻和扭矩不仅会影响大位移井的作业效率,制约大位移井的延伸能力,有时还会导致钻进作业无法继续进行。通过阐述胜利钻井院生产的防磨减扭工具的工作原理及技术特点,重点介绍胜利防磨减扭工具在南海西部某大位移井的成功应用,提出了一种基于钻柱对井壁侧压力的防磨减扭工具安装数量与位置的确定方法,供业内同行参考。 Downhole high friction and high torque is one of major technology challenges impossible to avoid in site operation of the extended reach wells.Excessive friction and torque will not only influence its operation performance and restrict its extension capacity but also result in failure to continue drilling operation.By expounding its working principle and technical feature of the abrasion-proof and twist reduction device made in Shengli Drilling Company,the author in this paper highlights the information about successful application of Shengli abrasion-proof and twist reduction device in a extended reach well in Western Nanhai and then puts forward a method to determine the number and position of installing the abrasion-proof and twist reduction device based on drilling string lateral pressure on well wall,providing a reference for the peers in this industry.
