Development of live network broadcast technology drives the change of English learning styles.The author uses related running mode of YY platform and its functional performance to discuss the way of designing and implementing college English listening and speaking interactive learning activities based on YY platform.This paper selects a representative case to analyze the English learners'actual interactive situation in hope to provide a helpful reference and guidance for designing and implementing future on-line interactive learning activities.
