摘要
EAP是企业为员工提供的系统性、长期性的心理援助与精神福利项目,能有效解决员工及家庭成员的心理和行为问题,改善组织氛围,提升团队绩效。江汉采油厂从员工心理健康现状分析入手,在总结实践经验的基础上,通过增强做好EAP工作的责任感、提升EAP工作骨干的能力素质、丰富服务项目打造EAP特色品牌、深化相互融合推动EAP工作务实见效等来持续深化EAP工作。
EAP is a long-term psychological assistance and spirit welfare project for the enterprise employees.It can solve effectively mental behavior problem in employees and their family members,improve organizational climate and promote team performance.Starting with analysis of its employees psychological condition and on the basis of practical experience,Jianghan Oil Production Plant continues to deepen its EAP work by enhancing sense of responsibility in doing EAP work,promoting EAP workers'capability and quality,enriching services to forge EAP brand and deepening integration to make EAP work more practical and effective.
