快速检测技术在农药残留检测中发挥着重要作用。本文重点介绍了酶抑制法、免疫分析法、光谱法和生物传感器等几种农药快速检测技术的检测原理和研究进展,概述了快速检测技术在农药残留检测中的应用研究,并对农药快速检测技术的发展给予了展望,以期推进烟草农药残留快速检测技术的发展。

Rapid detection technology plays an important role in pesticide residue detection.This paper mainly introduced the detection principle and research progress of several rapid detection techniques for pesticides,such as enzyme inhibition,immunoassay,spectroscopy and biosensors,summarized the application of rapid detection technology in pesticide residue detection,and prospected the development trend of this technology,so as to promote the development of rapid detection technology in tobacco pesticide residues.
