刘健治疗类风湿关节炎阴虚燥热证的经验

Experience of LIU Jian in Treating Rheumatoid Arthritis with Syndrome of Yin Defi ciency and Dryness and Heat

类风湿关节炎属于中医痹证范畴,其中阴虚燥热证为其一个重要证型,刘健教授通过中医辨证论治的方法,对类风湿关节炎阴虚燥热证进行治疗,主以滋阴清热配合健脾化湿、活血化瘀通络之法,常取得显著的临床疗效。现通过病因病机、证型鉴别、辨治思路及病案举隅等方法来总结刘健教授治疗类风湿关节炎阴虚燥热证的经验。

Objective: Rheumatoid arthritis belongs to the category of arthralgia syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine, in which Yin deficiency dryness and heat syndrome is one of the important syndromes. Professor LIU Jian treated rheumatoid arthritis with yin deficiency and heat dryness and heat syndrome, mainly by nourishing yin and clearing heat in combination with invigorating spleen and removing dampness. The method of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis and unblocking collateral often obtains remarkable clinical curative effect. This paper summarizes the experience of Professor LIU Jian in treating rheumatoid arthritis with Yin deficiency and heat syndrome by means of etiology and pathogenesis, differentiation of syndromes, differentiation and treatment of medical records.
