朱丹溪与张景岳论治月经病学术思想

Discrimination between ZHU Danxi and ZHANG Jingyue on Academic Thinking of Treating Menstrual Disease

目的:对朱丹溪与张景岳论治月经病的学术思想进行辨析,以丰富中医妇科学关于月经病的临床与理论研究。方法:通过研读朱丹溪、张景岳著作中涉及月经病的内容以及后人论述二者学术思想的文献,对两位医家论治月经病的学术思想进行探析。结果:朱丹溪突出调补脾胃之气对治痰的重要地位,在治疗上提出辨证论治和辨症论治;张景岳则以"血"为首要原因,在治疗上擅长从气血入手,并注重补益脾肾。结论:朱丹溪与张景岳两位医家对月经病学术思想的发展和创新均做出较大的贡献,值得我们从理论上和临床上进一步探讨。

Objective: To differentiate ZHU Danxi’s and ZHANG Jingyue’s academic thoughts on treating menstrual diseases, so as to enrich the clinical and theoretical research on menstrual diseases in gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: By studying the contents of ZHU Danxi’s and ZHANG Jingyue’s works on menstrual diseases and the literature on their academic thoughts, the academic thoughts of the two physicians on treating menstrual diseases were explored. Results: ZHU Danxi highlights the tonifying spleen and stomach Qi on the important position in the treatment of phlegm, the syndrome differentiation and syndrome differentiation;ZHANG Jingyue think blood as the primary reason in the treatment is good at starting from the blood, and focus on tonifying the spleen and kidney. Conclusion: ZHU Danxi and ZHANG Jingyue have made great contributions to the development and innovation of the academic thought of menstrual diseases, which deserves further theoretical and clinical discussion.
