清肠化瘀汤治疗轻中度活动期溃疡性结肠炎疗效评价

Evaluation of Therapeutic Effect of Qingchang Huayu Decoction on Ulcerative Colitis in Mild and Moderate Active Stage

目的:观察清肠化瘀汤治疗湿热瘀阻型轻中度溃疡性结肠炎(UC)活动期的临床疗效。方法:将70例UC患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各35例,对照组给予美沙拉秦肠溶片治疗,治疗组在此基础上加服清肠化瘀汤,疗程均为8周。观察治疗前后主要症状评分、中医证候积分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分及血沉(ESR)、C-反应蛋白(CRP),评价疗效。结果:治疗组的临床疗效有效率为85.71%,优于对照组的62.86%,差异有统计学意义;2组治疗后主要症状评分、中医证候积分、SAS评分、SDS评分及ESR、CRP水平均较治疗前下降,且治疗后治疗组主要症状评分、中医证候积分、SAS评分、SDS评分及ESR、CRP水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:清肠化瘀汤治疗轻中度活动期UC的疗效确切,能够有效改善临床症状,减轻炎性反应。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Qingchang Huayu Decoction in the treatment of mild-tomoderate ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods:70 patients with UC were randomized into a control group and a treatment group of 35 patients.The control group was treated with mesalazine tablets.On the basis of this,the treatment group added Qingchang Huayu decoction.The course of treatment is 8 weeks.The main symptom scores,TCM syndrome scores,anxiety self-rating scale(SAS)score,depression self-rating scale(SDS)score,erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)and C-reactive protein(CRP)were evaluated before and after treatment.Results:The clinical efficacy rate of the treatment group was 85.71%,which was better than that of the control group(62.86%).The difference was statistically significant.The main symptom scores,TCM syndrome scores,SAS scores,SDS scores,and ESR and CRP levels in the 2 groups were lower than those before treatment.After treatment,the main symptom scores,TCM syndrome scores,SAS scores,SDS scores,and ESR and CRP levels were lower in the treatment group than in the control group.The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Qingchang Huayu decoction is effective in the treatment of mild to moderate active UC,which can effectively improve clinical symptoms and reduce inflammatory reactions.
