针刺、推拿结合功能训练治疗小儿脑瘫临床疗效

Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Massage on the Rehabilitation of Cerebral Palsy in Children

目的:研究针刺、推拿结合功能训练治疗小儿脑瘫的临床效果。方法:选择小儿脑瘫患者52例,根据随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组,每组各为26例,对照组开展现代功能训练,观察组则开展针刺、推拿结合功能训练治疗。连续治疗6个月后比较2组临床效果、粗大运动功能变化。结果:观察组临床有效率明显高于对照组,且观察组粗大运动功能改善程度比对照组明显,差异均有统计学意义。结论:为小儿脑瘫患者实施针刺、推拿结合功能训练有利于改善患儿粗大运动功能,同时有利于提升上肢关节运动能力,对改善患儿生活质量具有十分重要的意义。

Objective:To study the clinical effects of acupuncture and massage combined with functional training in the treatment of children with cerebral palsy.Methods:52 children with cerebral palsy were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 26 cases in each group.The control group was trained in modern functions.The observation group carried out acupuncture and massage combined with functional training.After 6 months of continuous treatment,the clinical effects and gross motor function changes of the two groups were compared.Results:The clinical effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.Moreover,the improvement of gross motor function in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Acupuncture and massage combined with functional training for children with cerebral palsy are beneficial to improve the large motor function of children.It is beneficial to improve the joint movement ability of upper limbs and is of great significance for improving the quality of life of children.
