梅花针配合红外线治疗乳腺增生临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Plum-blossom Needle Combined with Infra red ray in the Treatment of Mammary Gland Hyperplasia

目的:探讨梅花针配合红外线治疗乳腺增生临床疗效观察。方法:2016年9月-2018年6月我院共收治60例乳腺增生患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组。对照组采用红金消结胶囊,实验组给予梅花针配合红外线治疗,对两组患者综合疗效、治疗后疼痛等级和不良反应进行比较。结果:(1)实验组的综合疗效为93.33%,对照组的综合疗效为83.33%,两组资料经统计学分析,实验组的综合疗效优于对照组;P<0.05。(2)治疗后实验组患者的疼痛等级中的0级和1级人数都多于对照组,两组资料经统计学分析,实验组患者疼痛程度比对照组轻;P<0.05。(3)实验组不良反应发生率为6.7%,而对照组为26.67%,经统计学分析,两组比较,实验组出现不良反应率明显少于对照组,P<0.05。由此证明梅花针配合红外线治疗乳腺增生疗效好,不良反应少,且患者易于接受,值得临床使用。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of plum blossom needle combined with infrared ray in the treatment of breast hyperplasia.Methods:From September 2016 to June 2018,60 patients with breast hyperplasia were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The control group was treated with Hongjin Xiaojie Capsule and the experimental group was treated with plum blossom needle combined with infrared ray.The comprehensive curative effect,pain grade and adverse reactions after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:1.The comprehensive effect of the experimental group was 93.33%,and that of the control group was 83.33%.The data of the two groups were statistically analyzed(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant,indicating that the comprehensive effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group:2.After treatment,the number of grade 0 and grade 1 patients in the experimental group was more than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Learning significance,it can be seen that the degree of pain in the experimental group is lighter than that in the control group;3.The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group is 6.7%,while that in the control group is 26.67%.Statistical analysis shows that there is a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that the rate of adverse reactions in the experimental group is significantly less than that in the control group.This proves that Plum Blossom Needle combined with infrared ray treatment of breast hyperplasia has good curative effect,less adverse reactions,and patients are easy to accept,which is worthy of clinical use.
