安心通络汤在急性心肌梗死介入治疗患者中的应用疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Anxin Tongluo Decoction on Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction Undergoing Interventional Therapy

目的:探求急性心肌梗死介入治疗后采用安心通络汤治疗对其疗效的影响。方法:研究对象为2016年5月—2018年1月行介入治疗的急性心肌梗死患者96例,随机分为2组,各48例。对照组术后采用西药治疗,在此基础上,研究组加服安心通络汤,2周后,比较2组疗效、炎性因子水平、不良事件发生率。结果:治疗后,研究组有效率较对照组高,IL-8、IL-6、TNF-α水平均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义;对比2组不良事件发生率,差异无统计学意义。结论:急性心肌梗死介入术后采用安心通络汤联合常规西药治疗可提升临床疗效,降低炎性因子水平,且不增加不良事件发生,安全性高。

Objective: To explore the effect of Anxin Tongluo Decoction on the treatment of acute myocardial infarction after interventional therapy. Methods: Ninety-six patients with acute myocardial infarction who underwent interventional therapy from May 2016 to January 2018 were enrolled. They were randomly divided into 2 groups, 48 cases each. The control group was treated with western medicine after operation. On this basis, the research team added Anxin Tongluo decoction. After 2 weeks, the efficacy, inflammatory factor levels, and incidence of adverse events were compared between the 2 groups. Results: After treatment, the study group was more effective than the control group, and the IL-8, IL-6, and TNF-α levels were lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. Comparing the incidence of adverse events in the 2 groups, the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion: The treatment of acute myocardial infarction with Anxin Tongluo decoction combined with conventional western medicine can improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the level of inflammatory factors. It does not increase the occurrence of adverse events and is highly safe.
