摘要
目的研究分析对声带增生性疾病患者实施显微微瓣缝合技术治疗的价值及对嗓音的改善效果。方法 88例声带增生性疾病患者,均采用显微微瓣缝合技术治疗,观察治疗效果。结果术后1周及术后2周,本组患者嗓音基频微扰值(jitter)、嗓音振幅微扰值(shimmer)、基频(F0)均优于术前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);本组患者术后2周Jitter、Shimmer、F0均优于术后1周,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后,本组患者的总嘶哑度(G)评分、嗓音障碍指数(VHI)评分(1.16±0.29)、(19.86±2.54)分均低于术前的(2.51±0.25)、(53.41±4.56)分,最长发音时间(MPT)(19.82±2.44)s长于术前的(10.76±2.71)s,嗓音障碍严重程度指数(DSI)(1.76±0.69)优于术前的(-1.96±0.89),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论声带增生性疾病患者实施显微微瓣缝合技术治疗,能够全方位对病变实施切除,还可以保留黏膜本身的健全性,对嗓音的改善效果明显,缩短康复所需时间,值得推广应用。
Objective To study and analyze the value of microsurgical microvalve suture technique in the treatment of patients with vocal cord proliferative diseases and its voice improvement effect. Methods A total of 88 patients with vocal cord proliferative diseases all was treated with microvalve suture technique, and their treatment effect was observed. Results After 1 and 2 weeks after operation, patients had better arpeggio fundamental frequency perturbation value(jitter), arpeggio amplitude perturbation value(shimmer), fundamental frequency(F0) than those before operation, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Patients had better Jitter, Shimmer and F0 at 2 weeks after operation than those 1 week after operation, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After operation, patients had lower total deafness grade(G) score and voice handicap index(VHI) score as(1.16±0.29) and(19.86±2.54) points than(2.51±0.25) and(53.41±4.56) points before operation, longer maximum phonation time(MPT) as(19.82±2.44) s than(10.76±2.71) s before operation, and better dysphonia severity index(DSI) as(1.76±0.69) than(-1.96±0.89) before operation.Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with vocal cord proliferative diseases, microsurgical microvalve suture technique can resect the lesions in all directions, retain the integrity of the mucosa, improve the voice obviously, shorten the rehabilitation time, and is worthy of popularization and application.
