摘要
脓毒症是ICU常见疾病,其病死率高,发病率呈逐年增加的趋势。脓毒症期间,淋巴器官和一些实质组织细胞凋亡导致免疫抑制和器官功能障碍,而细胞凋亡多通过半胱氨酸蛋白酶(caspase)家族完成。caspase家族成员众多,参与凋亡、炎症、焦亡等多种细胞事件,相反,caspase抑制剂以及caspase缺乏可以大幅度改善脓毒症模型的存活率和整体疾病结局,由此可见,caspase在脓毒症发生发展中起重要作用。
Sepsis is a common disease of ICU.Its mortality is high and its incidence is increasing year by year.During sepsis,apoptosis of lymphoid organs and some parenchymal tissues leads to immunosuppression and organ dysfunction,and apoptosis is usually accomplished through the caspase family.Caspase family members are numerous and participate in many cell events,such as apoptosis,inflammation,burnout,etc.On the contrary,caspase inhibitors and caspase deficiency can significantly improve the survival rate of sepsis model and overall disease outcomes.Thus,caspase plays an important role in the occurrence and development of sepsis.
