在全球化新阶段中,“一带一路”倡议提出的全球治理和全球发展国际合作共赢的中国方案,已逐渐成为全球化4.0时代的主要平台。“一带一路”倡议推出近6年来,得到了国际社会的积极认同和广泛关注,同时也给国内、国际社会带来了巨大利益。本文通过探讨未来深入推进“一带一路”合作的路径、方案,建立合作共赢的国际平台,更好地展现“一带一路”的内涵和题中之义。

The Belt and Road Initiative is a key platform of the Globalization 4.0 era. It has the following four features: based on equality, it ensures that all countries enjoy equal rights and opportunities under equal rules;guided by openness, it refrains from exclusive arrangement and prevents closed governance mechanism and fragmented rules;driven by cooperation, its participants negotiate on rules, co-establish mechanisms, and jointly meet challenges;with sharing as a goal, it advocates that all people should participate in and benefit from it.
