妊娠期糖尿病孕妇远期发生糖代谢异常的风险较高,子代发生糖代谢异常、超重或肥胖的风险也较高,因此应重视妊娠合并糖尿病的规范化管理,加强产后母儿随诊。但我国目前相关规范化诊治水平存在地区差异,有待进一步提高。

Gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM) women carry a higher risk for abnormal glucose metabolism in later life and also put their offspring in a risk of abnormal glucose metabolism, overweight or obesity. Thus it is crucial to implement standard management of GDM and emphasize long-term postpartum follow-up. However, regional disparity in standard management of GDM remains in China's Mainland which necessitates further improvement.
