摘要
锥形零件因其结构特点而应用广泛,但锥角测量方法要么复杂要么仅作定性测量。本文以桂林天目数显游标卡尺为基体进行扩展,把两个外测量爪改造成直径不等的两个同轴圆柱环,测量时把两个圆柱环套在被测锥体上,由卡尺输出的轴向尺寸结合两个圆柱环直径尺寸,一并输入单片机模块,由C语言程序实现锥度角度转换。结果输入到液晶显示屏上。
The conical parts are widely used for their structural characteristics,But the cone angle measurement method is either complex or only qualitative. Taking Guilin Tianmu digital display vernier caliper as matrix to expand,the two outside measurement claws were transformed into two concentric cylindrical ring diameter range. If measuring,the two cylindrical ring set on the cone under test. The axial size combination of the two output by a caliper cylinder ring diameter size were input MCU module. Taper angle switched by the C language program. The results are fed into the LCD screen.
