摘要 开发了一种由液压、电气控制、信号采集及测控软件组成的内啮合齿轮泵测控系统。上位机软件部分基于Lab VIEW编写,其测试流程可自定义设置,可自动记录数据并生成各类分析报告,实现全自动测试。试验结果表明,该测控系统可对内啮合齿轮泵的各项特性(排量验证、效率特性等)进行测试及分析,并有较高的测试精度和测试效率。 Develop a measuring and control system, which mainly includes three parts : hydraulic hardware, signal acquisition and electrical control,upper computer software. The upper computer software is developed based on Lab VIEW. The test process is customizable, the data is recorded automatically and a lot kind of testing analysis are available, achieving fully automatic testing. Filed experiment shows that the system can measure various characteristics of the internal gear pump (displacement verification,eficiency characteristics,etc.),and has high test accu- racy and test efficiency.
