摘要
针对2MN静重式力标准机,利用Adams软件进行中心吊杆倾斜摆动影响因素分析,并研究减小摆动影响的方法。考虑偏移角度、砝码质量以及砝码加载位置等为影响因素,研究不同加载状态对加载值和稳定时间的影响。提出利用吊杆底部增加质量和阻尼的方法来减小这种影响,提高设备的准确度和稳定性,结果表明此种方法能有效缩短力值稳定时间。
The Adams is used to analyze the factors of tilting swing of the center boom for the 2MN Deadweight Force Standard Machine,and finding the method of reducing the influence of the swing. Considering the offset angle,quality,and weight loading position as factors. Studying the effects of different loading states on loading values and settling time Then,It is proposed to reduce the impact by using the method of weighting the bottom of the boom and increasing damping to improve the stability and accuracy of the equipment. The results show that this method can effectively shorten the stabilization time.
