摘要
目的:观察850nm波长微激光对皮肤的美白效果以及联合化妆品(无限极美白精华乳,生产批号20150915)对人体皮肤的调理作用。方法:将60名符合条件的就医者随机编号,按照单双号分为①组和②组。照射光源为850nm微激光(Near Infrared,NIR),照射区域为左前臂内侧区域。其中手臂内侧区域又分为a和b两个小区域(a区域最外沿与肘部关节线重合),其中b区域(b区域最内沿与肘部关节线重合)用以涂抹美白化妆品。①组每位就医者NIR光仅照射左臂2.5min;②组每位就医者NIR光仅照射左臂5min,隔天照射1次,每周3次,持续8周。右前臂内侧a区域不进行光照仅作为空白对照,b区域涂抹美白护肤品作为试剂组。以皮肤的黑色素水平为评价指标,应用光纤光谱仪、皮肤黑色素测试仪测定试验前后皮肤同一位置的黑色素水平,进行定性、定量分析。结果:试验前后就医者手臂内侧的黑色素平均值变化较空白对照组明显,NIR光照射区域的黑色素降低率较空白对照组明显变小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验中选用了两种剂量,即照射2.5min和5min(均为850nm光源),两者引起的美白效果差异不显著;光照与美白护肤品联合使用未发现协同效应。结论:NIR(850nm)微激光照射可以有效地减少皮肤中黑色素的含量,具有较好的美白效果。与护肤品的联合使用在本试验中未得到较好的协同效果,在试验结束后的跟踪观察中两者的协同效应表现明显。
Objective Observe the conditioning effect of 850nm wavelength micro-laser on human skin whitening and the conditioning effect of combined cosmetics on human skin. Methods Sixty eligible patients were randomly numbered and divided into group 1 and group 2 according to single or double numbers.The irradiation source was 850nm Near Infrared (NIR), and the irradiation area was the medial area of the left forearm.The inner side of the arm is divided into two small areas, a and b(the outermost edge of area a coincides with the elbow articular line, and the inmost edge of area B coincides with the elbow articular line), and the b area is used to apply whitening cosmetics.Group 1 per patient left arm only irradiated with NIR light 2.5 min;Group 2 per patient left the NIR light for only 5 min, once every other day, 3 times a week for 8 weeks.The area inside the right forearm was not illuminated as a blank control group, and the b area was painted with a whitening skin care product as a test group.The melanin level of the skin was used as an evaluation index, and the melanin level at the same position of the skin before and after the test was measured by a fiber spectrometer and a skin melanin tester for qualitative and quantitative analysis. Results The mean value of melanin in the inner side of the patient's arm before and after the test was significantly higher than that in the control group. The rate of melanin reduction in the NIR light irradiation area was significantly smaller than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).In the experiment, two doses of 2.5 min and 5 min irradiation (both 850nm light source) were selected, and there was no significant difference in whitening effect between the two doses;No synergistic effect was found in the combination of light and whitening skin care products. Conclusion NIR (850nm) micro laser irradiation can be effectively reduced content of melanin in the skin and has good whitening effect.The combined use of micro-laser irradiation and skin care products did not achieve a good synergistic effect in this test, and the synergistic effect of the two in the follow-up observation after the end of the experiment was obvious.
