黄金微针联合外用透明质酸及表皮生长因子在面部皮肤年轻化中的应用 被引量:8

Application of Gold Microneedle Combined with Topical Hyaluronic Acid and Epidermal Growth Factor in Rejuvenation of Facial Skin

摘要 目的:探讨黄金微针射频结合透明质酸及表皮生长因子在面部皮肤年轻化中的应用效果和安全性。方法:对32例面部肌肤自然老化要求改善的就医者先给予黄金微针射频治疗注射至真皮层,治疗后予透明质酸及表皮生长因子连续每天使用,根据皮肤治疗后的情况3~5次/d,共7d。分别在第一次治疗前、第三次治疗后1个月、3个月观察其疗效。结果:32例就医者均完成了1个疗程的治疗,经过3次黄金微针结合外用透明质酸和表皮生长因子后,就医者面部轮廓紧实,皱纹减轻,未发现皮肤烫伤、色素沉着和瘢痕等不良反应,显效28例(87.5%),有效4例(12.5%),无效0例,总有效率为100.0%。结论:黄金微针射频结合透明质酸及表皮生长因子为面部年轻化治疗提供了安全有效的治疗方案。 Objective To explore the effectiveness and safety of the combination therapy of gold microacupuncture, Hyaluronic acid(HA), and recombinant bovine alkaline fibroblast growth factor(rb-bFGF) on facial rejuvenation. Methods 32 cases of patients with facial skin naturally aging that require improvement were treated with gold microneedle radiofrequency and injected into the dermis. After treatment hyaluronic acid and rb-bFGF were externally applied 3 to 5 times a day for a week according to the dry shin issues. The therapeutic effects were recorded before the treatment, the first treatment,one and three months after the 3th treatment respectively. Results 32 cases of patients complete a course of treatment, after 3 times of gold microneedle combined with external hyaluronic acid and epidermal growth factor, the facial contour of the patient was tight and wrinkles were relieved. No one have got skin burns, pigmentation, scaring and other adverse reaction. 28 cases (87.5%) showed marked effect, 4 cases (12.5%) were effective, 0 case were ineffective, the total effective rate was 100.0%. Conclusion Gold microneedle radiofrequency (RF) combined with hyaluronic acid and epidermal growth factor (EGF) provides a safe and effective treatment for facial rejuvenation.
