Helioseal F树脂型封闭剂与FUJIⅦ玻璃离子型在龋高危儿童中的防龋效果比较 被引量:1

Comparison of Caries Prevention Effectiveness Between Helioseal F Resin-based and FUJI Ⅶ Glass Ionomer Sealant in Children with High Risk Caries

摘要 目的:比较Helioseal F树脂型封闭剂与FUJI Ⅶ玻璃离子型在龋高危儿童中的防龋效果。方法:按照随机数字法将2013年6月-2016年6月在笔者医院实施窝沟封闭的80例(226颗牙)儿童分为A组(114颗牙)与B组(112颗牙),每组40例。A组使用Helioseal F树脂型封闭剂,B组使用FUJIⅦ玻璃离子型,在封闭后0.5、1、2年时进行回访,比较两组的封闭剂保留率及龋病发生率。结果:回访2年后,A组与B组的复查牙数分别为101颗、96颗,回访率分别为88.60%、85.71%。在0.5、1、2年回访时,A组的封闭剂保留率分别为97.37%、93.63%、93.07%,B组的封闭剂保留率分别为91.96%、82.24%、65.63%,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组的龋病发生率分别为0.00%、0.91%、2.97%,B组的龋病发生率分别为0.89%、0.93%、6.25%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:两种封闭剂均能有效降低龋病发生率,Helioseal F树脂型封闭剂的防龋效果优于FUJI Ⅶ玻璃离子型。 Objective To compare the caries prevention effectiveness between Helioseal F resin-based and FUJI Ⅶ glass ionomer sealant in children with high risk caries. Methods 80(226 teeth) children with high risk caries who was planed to carry out microfilled sealant which was divided into group A(n =40, 114 teeth) and group B(n =40,112 teeth) according to random number method in our hospital from 2013.6-2016.6. Helioseal F resin-based sealant was used in group A and FUJI Ⅶ glass ionomer sealant was used in group B. Follow-up examinations were conducted at 0.5, 1, and 2 years after sealing in order to compare the retention rate of sealant and incidence rate of caries between two groups. Results Two years after the return visit, the numbers of reexamination teeth in group A and group B was 101 and 96, respectively, and the return visit rate was 88.60% and 85.71%, respectively. At the return visit of 0.5, 1 and 2 years, the retention rate of sealant of group A was 97.37%, 93.63% and 93.07%, and that of group B was 91.96%, 82.24% and 65.63%, respectively and there was statistically significant difference between two groups (P <0.05).Theincidence rate of caries of group A was 0.00%, 0.91%, 2.97%, and 0.89%, 0.93% and 6.25%, respectively and there was no statistically significant difference between two groups (P >0.05). Conclusion Both of sealants could effectively prevent the incidence rate of caries. The Helioseal F resin-based sealant was superior to the FUJI Ⅶ glass ionomer sealant in caries prevention.
