摘要
目的:观察甘氨酸龈上喷砂对于佩戴唇侧固定矫正器的牙周病伴错牙合畸形患者牙周组织状况的影响。方法:选取2017年11月-2018年12月就诊于合肥市口腔医院正畸二科的36例牙周病伴错牙合畸形患者,采用简单随机抽样法,随机分为两组,实验组(18例)和对照组(18例)。实验组采用25μm甘氨酸颗粒喷砂清除菌斑;对照组采用全口龈上洁治清除菌斑,分别在治疗前以及治疗后4周、8周,检查Ramf jord指数牙(16、21、24、36、41、44)龈沟出血指数BI、牙周探针深度PD、菌斑指数PLI、牙龈指数GI,并且记录。结果:治疗后4周、8周时,实验组的各牙周临床指标,龈沟出血指数BI、菌斑指数PLI、牙龈指数GI较治疗前均明显减小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组间相比较,实验组龈沟出血指数BI、菌斑指数PLI、降低程度明显低于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:25μm甘氨酸龈上喷砂能够有效抑制菌斑再生,有助于佩戴固定矫正器的牙周病伴错牙合畸形患者的牙周维护。
Objective To observe the effect of Glycine on periodontal tissue status of patients with periodontal disease and Malocclusion deformity with orthodontic appliance. Methods 36 patients in Hefei Stomatological Hosptial were selected from November 2017 to December 2018 are randomly divided into experimental group and control group;the observation group was treated with 25um glycine powder sand for air-polishing .The control group was treated with ultrasonic cleaning.We are examined at the beginning of treatment,4 weeks of treatment,and 8 weeks of treatment to check sulcus bleeding index (BI)、 probing depth(PD)、plaque index(PLI)、gingival index(GI), and record. Results At 4,8 weeks after treatment ,BI、PLI and GI were lower than before in experimental group ,the difference was significant (P <0.05).Compared with the control group,the lower trend of the experimental group was more obvious. the difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion 25um Glycine sandblasting can effectively inhibit plaque regeneration and has important significance for Malocclusion deformity in patients with periodontal disease and mandibular malformation.
