水杨酸抑制生长素运输而调节Acuce水稻根的生长 被引量:2

摘要 【目的】根系作为植物生长发育必不可少的器官,直接影响地上部分的产量、品质、抗性等诸多优良的农艺性状。该项研究主要探究水杨酸(SA)影响月亮谷水稻根系发育与生长素之间的关系。【方法】用含有不同浓度SA的培养基培养水稻材料,观察根表型;重力刺激实验以及用生长素运输抑制剂Naphthyl phthalamic acid (NPA)处理水稻材料,分析SA影响水稻根系发育与生长素的关系;利用细胞生物学实验观察水稻根系的胞吞作用。【结果】在含不同浓度SA的培养基中生长的水稻材料,其胚根、侧根、不定根的生长发育都会受到影响。重力刺激实验以及用生长素运输抑制剂NPA处理水稻材料,结果显示SA影响水稻根系发育与生长素的运输有关。SA还抑制膜蛋白的胞吞。【结论】水杨酸可通过抑制膜蛋白的胞吞从而改变生长素极性运输,进而影响水稻根系的生长发育。 【Objective】As an indispensable organ for plant growth and development,root system directly regulates some agronomic traits of aboveground parts including yield,quality and resistance.This study focused on the relationship between salicylic acid(SA)and auxin in regulating root development of Acuce rice.【Method】Root phenotype of Acuce rice was observed by culture rice seedling grown on medium complemented with different concentrations of SA.The effect of SA and auxin cross-talk on the development of rice root was analyzed under gravity stimulation experiment and treated with auxin transport inhibitor Naphthyl phthalamic acid(NPA).Cell endocytosis of rice root was developed with cytological experiment.【Result】Different concentration of SA treatment inhibited the growth of primary root,lateral root and adventitious root.SA regulated rice root development was connected with the disturbance of auxin transport under gravity stimulation and auxin transport inhibitor NPA treatment.Furthermore,SA inhibited cell endocytosis of plasma membrane proteins.【Conclusion】Salicylic acid could inhibit cell endocytosis to disturb polar auxin transport to regulate rice root development.
