地方文化是一个区域由历史发展、自然环境、生活方式、价值理念等各方面综合作用的产物,因而得到本区域内民众的高度认同,是培育当地民众文化自信的关键要素。加强文化自信应以地方文化为切入点,以培育对地方文化的自信为基础。这就需要加强对地方文化的认知和运用,加强对地方文化的传承、保护和发展创新,深入挖掘地方文化潜力,精心培育地方文化品牌,以文化的繁荣发展带动区域经济社会的全面发展。

Local culture is the product of a region's comprehensive function from historical development,natural environment,lifestyle,value concept and so on.Therefore,it is highly recognized by the people in the region and the key factor to cultivate the cultural self-confidence of the local people.To strengthen cultural self-confidence,we should take local culture as the starting point and cultivate self-confidence in local culture as the basis.This requires strengthening the recognition and application of local culture,strengthening the inheritance,protection,development and innovation of local culture,deeply tapping the potential of local culture,carefully cultivating local cultural brands,and promoting the overall development of regional economy and society with the prosperity and development of culture.
