高大空间定型钢模二次提升技术

摘要 通过对传统模板的配模设计和安装加固措施的研究改进,不但降低了超高墙体模板支设及加固的困难,而且保证现浇结构墙面整体成型质量,另外能有效降低施工费用。结合现代科技广场工程超高墙体钢模板二次提升施工成功经验,总结出高空间混凝土墙体定型钢模板二次提升施工技术,可供类似工程借鉴使用。 Through the research and improvement of the design of the traditional formwork and the installation and reinforcement measures,the difficulties of the formwork support and reinforcement caused by the height of layer are reduced,at the same time,the overall quality of concrete wall is improved, and the construction cost of the project is reduced effectively.Combined with the successful experience of the second lifting construction of the super-high wall steel formwork of the Modern Science and Technology Square Project,the paper summarizes the construction technology of the steel formwork of the high space concrete wall shape for the reference of similar projects.
