摘要 通过对深圳国际会展中心机电工程中的BIM应用进行分析,阐明BIM技术在机电工程施工中的综合应用方法、前景等,证明应用BIM技术可协调项目各方的信息传递,减少图纸错误和各方沟通弊端,在施工前提前解决技术难题,达到管理升级、降本增效,提高施工质量,大大缩短工期的目的。 This paper analyzed the application of BIM in the electromechanical engineering of Shenzhen international convention and exhibition center,expounded the comprehensive application method and prospect of BIM technology in electromechanical engineering construction,which showed that the use of BIM Technology can improve the construction quality and working efficiency,coordinate the information among project parties,reduce mistakes of the drawings and disadvantages of the communication between project parties, solve technical problems before construction,and the goal of management upgrade,cost reduction,efficiency improvement and construction period much reduction have been achieved.
