摘要
依据岩石松动爆破技术原理,简述了爆破器材选择、炮孔深度、炮孔间排距、装药结构、起爆网路等参数的确定方法。根据某综采工作面的现场情况,通过调整炸药规格、单孔装药量及装药结构等参数,设计了两套爆破试验方案,并进行多次跟班试验。经爆后效果分析比较,试验方案二的爆后岩石的破碎块度较为均匀,大块较少,松动效果好。每次松动爆破后,综采机均能顺利切割三刀,有效地提高了综采机回采速率,可取得良好的经济效益。最终确定试验方案二为该矿区松动爆破辅助综采工作过断层的最优方案。
According to the principle of loose rock blasting technology,briefly described the determination methods of blasting equipment selection,hole depth,spacing between holes,charge structure,blasting network and other parameters. According to the site conditions of a fully mechanized coal face,two blasting test schemes were designed by adjusting the parameters of explosive specification,single-hole charge and charge structure,and furthermore the following tests were carried out for many times.After the analysis and comparison of the blasting effect,the rock fragmentation degree of the test plan 2 is more uniform,with less chunks and good loosening effect.After each loose blasting,the fully mechanized mining machine can cut three knives smoothly,which effectively improves the mining rate of the fully mechanized mining machine and can obtain good economic benefits.Finally,it is determined that the test plan 2 is the best one for the loose blasting to assist the fully mechanized mining to crossing the fault.
