摘要
利用光电转换模拟量测试系统,对悬吊和发射臼炮两种炸药爆炸和引燃瓦斯光信号的光强度D、火焰持续时间t_c、火焰光能Q_v、瓦斯点火延滞期t_d进行了测试,得到了药量、消焰剂含量变化与光信号的关系,揭示不同爆破作用方式下炸药爆炸对瓦斯引燃特性的影响,结合样品的瓦斯安全性测试结果,探讨消焰剂作用及其影响规律。可为煤矿乳化炸药配方设计、性能调整和不同爆破作用条件下有针对性选择炸药提供指导。同时丰富了煤矿炸药瓦斯安全性研究的手段。
In this paper,the light intensity D,the flame sustaining time tc,the flame light energy Qv and the gas ignition lag phase td of the two kinds of explosion detonation and ignition gas signal were tested by photoelectric conversion analog quanity tests system.The relationship between the changes of dose,flame inhibitor content and light signal was obtained,and the characteristics of gas ignition caused by explosive explosion in different blasting modes were revealed.Combining the results of gas safety tests for samples,the effect of flame inhibitor and its influence law was discussed.The research provides guidance for formulation design and performance adjustment of coal mine emulsion explosives and targeted selection of explosives under different blasting conditions.At the same time,it enriches the means of research on the safety of coal mine explosives.
