Study on Emulsifying Properties of Emulsion Explosive after Demulsion

乳化炸药属于本质不稳定的物理体系,容易出现破乳、硬化、失效等问题。通过对破乳后的乳化炸药进行重乳化的性能实验,探索重乳化温度、时间和乳化转速对重乳化后的基质稳定性的影响,并对稳定性影响因素进行了分析,可为乳化炸药产品质量分析和工艺控制,以及不合格品的处理提供原理和实验支持。

Because emulsified explosive belongs to inherently unstable physical system,it is easy to have problems of demulsion,hardening and failure.By means of after demulsion of emulsion explosive duplicate for emulsifying performance test,explored the emulsification temperature,time and emulsifying speed influence on after duplicate emulsifying the stability of the emulsion matrix,and analysed the stability influence factors,provided the principle and experimental support for the quality analysis and process control of emulsion explosive products and the disposal of unqualified products.
