基于Kuz-Ram数学模型的路堑爆破设计优化分析

摘要 在万家岭专线公路11 km路段路堑爆破设计的基础上,采用Kuz-Ram数学模型对可能产生的爆破大块率进行预测;在预测大块率不满足工程要求的情况下,采用Kuz-Ram数学模型对爆破设计参数进行优化分析,优化后爆破石方的平均破碎块度较优化前减小6.34%,炸药单耗较优化前增加9.1%。现场实践结果证明,Kuz-Ram数学模型可以为路堑爆破设计提供指导性建议,可为类似爆破工程设计提供参考。 Based on the blasting design of road cutting in the 11 km section of Wanjialing Line Highway,Kuz-Ram mathematical model is used to predict the blasting boulder yield.In the case of the predicted boulder yield doesn't meet the engineering requirement,Kuz - Ram mathematical model is used to optimize the blasting design parameters.After optimization,the average fragmentation degree of blasting stone cube decreased by 6.34% compared with that before optimization,and the explosive unit consumption increased by 9.1% compared with that before optimization.Field practice shows that Kuz-Ram mathematical model can provide guiding suggestions for the blasting design of road cutting,and it is worth using widely in the similar blasting design.
