摘要
为了节能减排,降低天然气净化厂尾气中CO_2排放量,分别通过实验室实验、模拟试验、侧线试验逐步研究并验证了MEA和复合胺对CO_2的吸收性能。采用实验研究与现场测试、评价相结合的方法,开发出一套适合于普光天然气净化厂烟气排放工况的CO_2回收工艺,为实现天然气净化厂低碳生产与CO_2减排提供了技术支持。
In order to save the energy and reduce the emission of CO2 in the tail gas from natural gas purification plant,the absorption performance of MEA and compound amine to CO2 were verified by laboratory experiments,simulation experiments and side line experiments respectively.Combined with the experimental study,field test and evaluation,the CO2 recovery process suitable for the tail gas condition of Puguang Natural Gas Purification Plant was developed,which can provide technical supports for achieving low carbon production and CO2 emission reduction in natural gas purification plants.
