摘要
谷物是人类生存的物质基础,谷物中水分含量的多少是粮食安全贮存和加工工艺选择的主要依据。本设计采用同轴圆筒式电容传感器和温度传感器作为测量装置,分别测量谷物的电容和温度,以AT89S52单片机为控制核心,采用A/D转换、LCD显示等模块。采用回归分析方法的预测技术,通过研究电容和温度两个因素之间的统计关系,建立谷物含水率测量数学模型,MATLAB仿真得到含水率计算公式,进行谷物含水率计算、显示,完成对谷物含水率在线无损测量。利用同轴圆筒式电容传感器测量范围大,灵敏度高,动态响应快,稳定性好,避免边缘效应的干扰;利用温度传感器测量温度介质对谷物电容的影响。实验数据建立数学模型进行回归拟合分析,提高谷物含水率测量的精度。
Grain is the material basis of human survival, and the content of moisture in grain is the main basis for the selection of food storage and processing technology. The design uses coaxial cylindrical capacitive sensor and temperature sensor as the measuring device, respectively, to measure the capacitance and temperature of the grain. The AT89S52 microcontroller is used as the control core, the A/D conversion and the LCD display module are used also. Using the regression analysis method of statistical prediction technology, by studying the relationship between capacitance and temperature two factors, the mathematical model of grain moisture measurement is established. The MATLAB simulation calculation formula of water cut is calculated, the rate of grain moisture content is displayed, the on-line nondestructive measurement of grain moisture content is completed.
