摘要 为了提高选煤厂有害气体的监测效果,降低环境污染,文章以选煤厂的有害气体监测为例,设计了基于PLC的选煤厂有害气体监测系统,主要包括CO传感器、CH4传感器、PLC、触摸屏、上位机,传感器实时采集有害气体数据,PLC对数据进行分析并显示在触摸屏,超过一定浓度限制即报警,PLC立即断电且即刻启动风机的功能。上位机实现数据的存储及分析等,PLC与上位计算机实时通信通过自由端口方式实现,基于PLC的选煤厂有害气体监测系统可以检测有害气体含量,为有害气体的检测提供理论支持。 In order to improve the monitoring effect of harmful gases in coal preparation plant and reduce environmental pollution, taking the monitoring of harmful gases in coal preparation plant as an example, this paper designs a monitoring system of harmful gases in Coal Preparation Plant Based on PLC, which mainly includes CO sensor, CH4 sensor, PLC, touch screen and upper computer. The sensor collects harmful gas data in real time, and the data is analyzed and displayed on touch screen by PLC. When the concentration limit exceeds a certain limit, the alarm will be given. The PLC will power off immediately and start the function of the fan immediately. The upper computer realizes data storage and analysis, and the real-time communication between PLC and upper computer is realized by free port. The harmful gas monitoring system based on PLC can detect the content of harmful gas in coal preparation plant and provide theoretical support for the detection of harmful gas.
