回弹法及超声-回弹综合法混凝土构件实体检测

摘要 随着建筑工程实体监测技术的日益完善,施工质量验收标准的实际应用越来越广泛。近年来,大跨度桥梁与高层建筑竖向增加,工程中混凝土构件监测技术由此而受到高度的重视。当前工程中常见的回弹法可以在抵御自然灾害、构件质量分析与耐久性评价层面发挥有效作用,但有一点需要注意,回弹法存在一定的技术缺陷,在指标检测方面也具有局限性。超声-回弹综合法的技术优势显著,利用超声仪等设备可以分析实验数据与曲线,为现场混凝土构件强度计算提供数据支持,因此成为论文主要的研究方向。 According to constantly improvement of constructional engineering physical monitoring technology, the actual application of construction quality acceptance standard is more and more widely. In recent years, the vertical direction of long-span bridge and high-rise buildings are increasing, from this reason, concrete component monitoring technology in project receives high attention. The rebound method commonly used in current engineering can play an effective role in resisting natural disasters, component quality analysis and durability evaluation, but It is important to note that rebound method has definite technical defects and boundedness in index detection. The technology advantage of ultrasonic-rebound synthesis method is significant. The ultrasonic instrument and other equipment can be used to analyze the experimental data and curves, provide data support for the strength calculation of on-site concrete components. So, it is the main research direction of this paper.
