2型糖尿病合并高血压病患者胱抑素C和同型半胱氨酸的表达及其相关性研究

Expression of cystatin C and homocysteine in patients with Type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension and their relevance

目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并高血压病患者胱抑素C(Cys-C)和同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的表达及其相关性。方法回顾性分析2016年1月至2017年2月收治的T2DM合并高血压病患者68例(观察组)以及单纯T2DM患者36例(对照组)的病历资料,比较两组患者的血糖及各项生化指标水平,并采用Logistics回归分析T2DM合并高血压病的独立危险因素。结果观察组血清尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)、Cys-C和Hcy水平均高于对照组(P<0.05或0.01);多因素Logistics分析结果显示Hcy(OR值:1.435,95%CI:1.069～1.925)和Cys-C(OR值:1.449,95%CI:1.089～1.929)是T2DM合并高血压病的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论 Cys-C和Hcy高表达是T2DM合并高血压病的独立危险因素。

Objective To explore the Expression of cystatin C (Cys-C) and homocysteine (Hcy) in patients with Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) complicated with hypertension and their relevance.Methods The clinical data of 68 patients with T2DM complicated with hypertension (Observation Group) and 36 patients with pure T2DM (Control Group) from January 2016 to February 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.The two groups were compared in terms of blood glucose and various biochemical indicators.Logistics regression analysis was used to analyze the independent risk factors of T2DM complicated with hypertension.Results The levels of serum urea nitrogen (BUN),serum creatinine (Scr),Cys-C and Hcy in the Observation Group were higher than those in the Control Group (P<0.05).Multivariate Logistics analysis showed that the independent risk factor for T2DM complicated with hypertension were Hcy (OR value: 1.435,95% CI: 1.069-1.925) and Cys- C (OR value: 1.449,95% CI: 1.089-1.929)(P<0.05).Conclusion High expression levels of Cys-C and Hcy are independent risk factors for T2DM complicated with hypertension.
