The issue of development has always been an important topic in the history of human society since the 20 th century. Traditional development thoughts have experienced the evolution from the concept that development equals economic growth,to the new concept of development with ″people as the center″and the concept of sustainable development.However,due to the inherent drawbacks of traditional development thinking and the changes of modern social contradictions,traditional development ideas can no longer meet the needs of modern society. Therefore,the introduction of the new development concept marks that the concept of human development has entered a new stage of sustainable development,characteristic development and human-centered development. The new development concept innovates and transcends the traditional development ideas in the development goals,development models and development paths,and marks the birth of the world development concept in the new era in line with human interests.
