The structural adjustment of society and the advancement of social transformation require the joint efforts and active participation of the Party and the people. On the basis of utilizing the top-level design of the country,making good strategic deployment and concentrating the political stock of the country,we need to pay attention to the experience of grassroots governance,cultivate democratic increments of multi-subject collaborative governance,and make the society move towards comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development in the way of balanced growth of incremental stock.
