平台+品牌:基于学生志愿服务的实践育人模式探索和实践——以山西农业大学食品科学与工程学院为例

Platform Plus Brand: Exploration and Practice of Practical Education Model Based on Students' Volunteer Service——A case study of College of Food Science and Engineering of Shanxi Agricultural University

志愿服务活动是大学生实践育人的重要载体,也是体现大学生无私奉献、勇于担当、服务社会的重要形式,具有不可替代的现实作用。学生志愿服务的实践,涉及马克思主义的实践观和认识观、思想政治教育过程理论和马斯洛需求层次理论。山西农业大学食品科学与工程学院青年志愿者协会作为开展志愿服务的平台,借助"冰激凌微公益"品牌志愿服务活动,通过有效整合校内外资源、创新活动形式、实施项目化管理和构建协同育人机制等方式,形成了"平台+品牌"的志愿服务实践育人模式,文章结合实际情况,对该模式的优化提出了建议。

Volunteer service is an important carrier of practical education for college students. It is also an important form that reflects college students’ selfless dedication,sense of responsibility and service to society,so it plays an irreplaceable practical role. That the goal of practical education could be achieved through students’ volunteer service has profound theoretical foundations involving the Marxist view of practice and knowledge,the theory of ideological and political education process and Maslow’s theory of hierarchy of needs. As a platform for volunteer service,the Youth Volunteers Association of the College of Food Science and Engineering of Shanxi Agricultural University,with the help of " Ice Cream Micropublic Welfare" brand volunteer service activities,has formed a " platform plus brand" volunteer service practice education model by effectively integrating resources inside and outside the school,innovating activities,implementing project management and building a cooperative education mechanism,and according to the actual situation,some suggestions are put forward to optimize the model.
