摘要
针对某冶炼厂5万t阴极铜电解项目的3台90 kW电解液循环泵的运行情况,对由于环境工艺及人为因素导致循环泵故障率较高、控制精度低,影响阴极铜产品质量的原因进行了重点分析,提出了采用西门子变频器控制电解液循环泵的改造方案。改造后,取得了良好的控制效果及节能效益,延长了电机和工艺设备的使用寿命,有效地降低了工人的劳动强度。
In view of the operation of three electrolyte circulating pumps with 90 kW in the electrolysis project with cathode copper of 50 000 t in a smelter, the reasons that affected the product quality of cathode copper due to high failure rate and low control precision of circulating pumps caused by environmental technology and human factors were analyzed emphatically, and the reconstruction scheme of using Siemens inverter to control electrolyte circulating pumps was proposed. After the reconstruction, good control effect and energy saving benefit were achieved, the service life of motor and process equipment was prolonged, and the labor intensity of workers was reduced effectively.
