基于响应曲面法强化槐糖脂修复柴油污染水体

摘要 实验选择4种不同类型的表面活性剂,测定其对柴油的增溶能力。研究发现,4种表明活性剂对柴油的增溶能力由高到低依次为槐糖脂、鼠李糖脂、正己基葡糖苷与Tween-20。在此基础上,研究探讨了pH值与盐度等外界条件对槐糖脂处理含油废水的影响。结果发现,槐糖脂在pH值为2~10时表现出良好的表面活性;盐度的加入会降低槐糖脂的临界胶束浓度(CMC),同时其也表现出良好的耐盐性,且质量浓度越高,受盐度的影响越小。最后,研究基于响应曲面法对槐糖脂增溶柴油的能力进行了优化,结果表明,槐糖脂增溶柴油的最佳条件为水浴时间25h、摇床转速170r/min、水浴温度28℃,这将对实地工程中石油污染场地地下水的修复具有重要的借鉴与指导意义。 Four types of surfactants were selected to determine their solubilization ability to diesel oil.The solubilizing capacity of the four active agents to diesel oil ranged from high to low was Sophora glycolipid,rhamnolipid,n-hexyl glucoside and Tween-20.The effects of external conditions such as pH and salinity on the treatment of oily wastewater by Sophora japonica glycolipid were studied.The results showed that,Sophora japonica L.appeared good surface activity at pH 2-10,and the critical micelle concentration (CMC) of Sophora japonica L.decreased with increasing salinity with a good salt tolerance.The higher the mass concentration,the less affected by salinity.Finally,the response surface methodology was used to optimize diesel solubilization capacity.The optimum conditions for diesel solubilization were 25 h of water bath time,rotation speed of 170 r/min and 28℃ of water bath temperature,which would provide important reference and guidance for the remediation of groundwater in petroleum contaminated sites.
