摘要
对常规水基钻井固废处理方法进行简要介绍,总结了常规水基钻井固废处理技术存在的问题。通过添加0.5%左右的微生物降解菌处理钻井固废,工程实例研究表明,在一定条件下,通过微生物的作用,钻井固废中的有害物质能得到自然降解。X3井钻井固废使用微生物进行处理,3个月后检测钻井固废中主要有害重金属的含量,检测结果满足GB 15618—2018《土壤环境质量农用地土壤污染风险管控标准(试行)》,处理后浸出液中pH值、COD、石油类满足GB 8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》一级标准,结果表明微生物处理钻井固废的方法切实可行。
In this paper,the conventional water-based drilling waste treatment methods were briefly introduced,and the drawbacks of conventional drilling solid waste treatment technology were summarized.The following actual engineering case showed that microbial treatment of solid drilling waste could degrade harmful substances by microorganisms.For X3 well,the major heavy metal concentration from solid drilling waster was reduced to meet the level of " Soil Environmental Quality Risk Control Standard for Soil Contamination of Agriculture Land(Trial Implementation )"(GB 15618-2018) after microbial treatment for three months.pH,COD and petroleum from the leaching solution could meet the level one standard of " Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard "(GB 8978-1996),as well.
