摘要 抚顺石化热电厂为自备燃煤电厂,新厂区3台锅炉均为高温高压煤粉炉。目前SO_2、NO_X烟尘的排放都无法满足《煤电节能减排升级与改造行动计划(2014—2020年)》的要求,通过对热电厂新厂区3台460t/h燃煤锅烟气进行超低排放改造,每年NO_X排放量可削减1 372t,SO_2的排放量削减594.6t,烟尘的排放量削减228t。排放烟气中NO_X<50mg/Nm^3,SO2<35mg/Nm^3,烟尘<10mg/Nm^3,达到上述国家要求。 The flue gas from the three high temperature,high pressure pulverized coal fired boilers in the self-contained coal-power plant in Petrochina Fushun petrochemical company could not meet the requirements of " Action Plan for the Low-emission and Energy Conservation Upgrade for Coal Power Plants (2014-2020)".In this study,the practice of the ultra-low emission transformation on the three 640 t/h boilers were introduced.After the transformation,the annual NOx emissions could be reduced by 1 372 t,SO 2 emissions by 594.6 t,and smoke emissions by 228 t.The concentration of NOx was less than 50 mg/Nm^3,the concentration of SO 2 was less than 35 mg/Nm^3,and the concentration of smoke was less than 10 mg/Nm 3.The upgrade of the boilers could ensure that the flue gas meet the emission standards.
