摘要 本文介绍了基于LoRa的油气生产监控系统,系统主要实现油气水井重点关注的远程开关井、示功图采集、电机参数采集、采油树温度压力参数采集等实用功能和小型站间的参数采集和简单控制。通过实验运行达到了数据丢包率低于1%、基站覆盖半径超过5Km,最远可达10Km、-25oC低温环境数据传输稳定、油井单井设备成本低于1万元、注水井单井设备成本低于3万元、油水井压力及示功图资料对比基本吻合、实现自动控制注水量、手机APP操作方便一线员工管理井站。 This paper introduces LoRa-based oil and gas production monitoring system.The system mainly realizes the practical functions such as remote switch well,dynamometer acquisition,motor parameter acquisition,tree temperature and pressure parameter acquisition,and parameter collection between small stations.And simple control.Through the experimental operation,the data loss rate is less than 1%,the base station coverage radius is more than 5 kilometers,the maximum distance is 10 kilometers,the low temperature environment transmission is stable at minus 25 degrees,the single well equipment cost is less than 10,000 yuan,and the water injection well The cost of single well equipment is less than 30,000 yuan,the oil well water pressure and the indicator data are basically consistent,the automatic control water injection volume,and the mobile phone APP operation are convenient for the frontline staff management well station.
