天然林全面停伐后林区职工家庭收入的影响因素分析——以吉林长白山森工集团为例

Analysis on Influence Factors of Household Income in the State-owned Forest Region after Implementation of Policy on Comprehensive Ban in Natural Forest

利用长白山森工集团职工家庭调查数据,采用二元Logit模型对天然林全面停伐后林区职工家庭收入的影响因素进行了分析。研究结果表明:职工职业对天然林全面停伐后职工家庭收入具有显著正向影响,表明天然林全面停伐对不同职业职工的家庭收入变动影响不同,而年龄、家庭成员就业变化、木材加工企业倒闭也具有正向影响,但影响并不显著;工资性收入水平、职工培训对天然林全面停伐后职工家庭收入变动有显著负向影响,而性别、受教育程度和家庭规模也有负向影响,但影响不明显。基于以上结论,从提高职工工资、积极发展林下经济和森林旅游产业、加强职工技术及就业培训等方面提出了对策建议。

This paper used the binary Logit model to analyze the influencing factors of family income of forest workers after the natural forest was completely stopped,based on the questionnaires of household in Changbai Mountain forest industry group.The results show that the occupation of workers has a significant positive impact on the income of workers and families after the natural forest has been completely stopped,and it shows that the comprehensive stoppage of natural forests has different effects on household income changes of different occupational workers.Age,changes in family members’employment,and the failure of wood processing companies have a positive impact,but the impact is not significant.The wage income level and employee training have a significant negative impact on the changes in the income of employees'families after the natural forest has been completely stopped.Gender,education and family size also have negative impacts,but the impact is not obvious.Based on the above conclusions,some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward from such aspects as increasing employee wages,developing forest economy and forest tourism industry,strengthening employee technology and employment training.
