摘要
生态保护红线是生态文明建设的重要举措,是唯物辩证法的具体运用:生态红线的提出是以系统把握人与自然、经济之间发展的普遍联系关系为基础,是应用底线思维和适度原则。严守生态红线是对经济与环境、人与自然之间矛盾对立统一的科学把握。
The ecological protection red line is an important measure for the construction of ecological civilization and the specific application of materialist dialectics.It is proposed that the ecological red line is based on systematically grasping the universal relationship between man,nature and economic development,and it is also the application of bottom line thinking and moderate principles.
