高校精准扶贫工作的问题与对策——以南京审计大学润园书院为例

The problems and countermeasures of precision poverty alleviation work in colleges and universities——A case study on Runyuan College of Nanjing Audit University

十八大以来为了早日全面建成小康社会,习近平总书记提出了精准扶贫思想。为国家的扶贫工作提供了理论指导,也为高校资助育人提出了新的要求。近年来,部分高校实行书院制管理模式,在新的管理模式下,如何高效地开展资助育人的扶贫工作,作者希望通过自身书院工作的实践经验,在国家精准扶贫大方针的指引下,针对工作中常常出现的问题,进行深入的调查和研究,努力探索、总结出更科学、更合理的资助育人模式,助力高校资助育人精准扶贫工作。

Since the 18th National Congress of CPC,General Secretary Xi Jinping has put forward the idea of precision poverty alleviation in order to build a well-off society in all-around way at an early date.It provides theoretical guidance for the country s poverty alleviation work,and also puts forward new requirements for college funding and education.In recent years,some colleges and universities have implemented a college system management model.Under the new management model,how to efficiently carry out the poverty alleviation work in funding and education is a problem.The author hopes that through the practical experience of his college work,under the guidance of the general policy of precision poverty alleviation in China,in view of the problems that often occur in the work,in-depth investigations and studies are conducted,and efforts are made to explore and summarize a more scientific and reasonable mode of funding and educating,which canalso help colleges and universities to subsidize the precision poverty alleviation work in funding and education.
