支持平潭综合改革试验区可持续教育发展研究

The research on supporting the sustainable education developmentin Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Zone

平潭作为国家级的"试验区+自贸区",进入到了两区双核驱动的时代,这为平潭教育的可持续发展提供了巨大机遇,但也面临着高端人才和专业技术人才严重短缺的现实问题;本文以平潭综合试验区为切入点,通过研究试验区总体教育现状,所面临的问题以及出现的障碍,从整体、宏观的角度提出如何利用台湾地区高等教育、职业教育方面的资源,创办两岸合作的高等学校,提出教育发展的基础方案,从而为平潭开发建设提供坚强的智力支持和人才保障。

Pingtan,as a national “free trade zone and test area”,has entered the era of dual-core drive of the two zones,which provides a great opportunity for the sustainable development of Pingtan education,but also faces the realistic problem of serious shortage of high talents and professional & technical talents.This paper takes Pingtan comprehensive experimental area as a breakthrough point,through the studies on the current situation of overall education in the experimental area,and the problems it faces as well as the obstacles,puts forward how to use Taiwan s higher education and vocational education resources to establish cross-strait cooperative institutions of higher learningfrom the overall and macro points of view.It also puts forward the basic program of education development,so as to provide strong intellectual support and talent guarantee for the development and construction in Pingtan.
