三角联板大刀卡具是一种通用卡具,可用于更换110～500 kV输电线路多种型号三角联板侧第1片绝缘子。该卡具根据三角联板与绝缘子的连接结构进行设计,通过变换定位块可以卡在不同型号的三角联板上,通过收紧丝杠受力使旧绝缘子脱出碗头,从而实现新旧绝缘子的更换。该卡具受力均衡且同在一条直线上,降低了工具、设备变形损坏的风险,重量轻,可单人操作,大大提高了线路绝缘子检修更换的工作效率。

The triangle plate broadsword fixture is a common fixture which can be used to replace the first piece of insulator on the side of the triangle plates of multiple types in 110~500 kV transmission lines.The fixture is designed based on the connection structure between the triangle plate and the insulator and can be fixed on the triangle plates of different types by changing the position block.The old insulator can leave the bowl head by tightening the screw to realize the replacement of old and new insulators.The forces of the fixture are balanced and are on the same straight line,which reduces the deformation damage risks of tools and equipment.The fixture has light weight and can be operated by one person,which greatly improves the working efficiency of maintenance and replacement of line insulators.
